Mana yang BAIK untuk semua??

Hatiku menggebu-gebu ketika melihat plang pengumuman dari pemerintah kota, siapa yang tak tahu kawasan nol kilometer di yogyakarta? kawasan cagar budaya atau tempat wisata yang setiap waktu penuh sesak oleh pedagang kaki lima serta pengunjung dari luar dan dalam kota bahkan dari luar negeri yang lalu lalang. Tata kota di sekitar tempat wisata itu jadi berantakan. sebagai contoh, masa didepan Istana negara berjejer gerobak minuman ataupun gerobak makanan pedagang kaki lima? haduh, jadi makin kacau saja.

Kala itu tepat pada sore hari saat libur minggu tenang menjelang UAS, aku bersama temanku berniat untuk menggambil beberapa gambar sebagai tugas sekolah malam fotografiku. Setiap lelah memotret kusinggahi tempat duduk terdekat untuk sekedar melepas penat. setiap tempat duduk yang kusinggahi pasti terlihat begitu banyak pedagang yang masih saja betah berjualan, padahal didepan mereka tertera dengan jelas larangan untuk berjualan di area itu. Batinku sentak bertanya apakah mereka buta terhadap larangan itu, saat membeli air untuk melepas dahaga, akupun duduk tak begitu jauh dari penjual minuman itu, aku mencoba  mendekati pedagang itu yang kurasa cukup ramah untuk bertukar cerita, sambil minum aku bertanya "kenapa bapak masih betah jualan disini sedangkan disamping bapak tertera tulisan dilarang jualan disekitar area ini?" tanyaku bingung. Sempat terlihat senyum sumringah yang bapak penjual itu tujukan padaku lalu menjawab "seharusnya pemerintahlah yang lebih peduli pada area ini, kalau para pengunjung kehausan atau kelaparan mereka lari kemana? apa harus ke mall dulu yang jauh disana? kami disini selain mencari nafkah juga bermaksud mempermudah pengunjung saja." tegas bapak itu padaku sambil tertawa.

Setelah kucerna maksud kata-kata bapak tadi yang cukup ringan namun ada benarnya juga, aku mencontohkan diriku pada pengandaian itu, jika saja hanya ada cagar budaya namun tidak dilengkapi fasilitas konsumsi alangkah ribetnya para pengunjung, harus membawa makanan dan minuman sendiri atau harus membeli di mall yang jaraknya lumayan jauh dari tempat wisata. Lalu kenapa pemerintah tidak memikirkan hal lain seperti "Membuka lahan untuk para pedagang menjual dagangannya di sekitar tempat wisata itu, bukankah hal itu akan jauh lebih efisien daripada ada atau tidaknya plang pemberitahuan itu tapi para penjual hanya main kucing-kucingan setiap para Satpol PP meraziai mereka." semoga ceritaku ini ada benarnya juga.^^
